We will gladly replace any product that is damaged or defective. Contact Angela@dougeadie.com within five days of receipt to request a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. We will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred by you in returning the goods. Aside from exchanging damaged or defective products, Governance Edge learning tools are nonrefundable.
